Layer a 12" x 12" tray with greaseproof paper and make sure the paper is longer than the tray , so that it'll be easier to remove the brownies from the tray.&lt;br /&gt;2. Melt butter and cooking chocolate using double-boiler method. Set aside till lukewarm.&lt;br /&gt;3. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, vanilla essence and chocolate emulco using the hand whisk till the sugar dissolves.&lt;br /&gt;4. Pour the butter and chocolate mixture into the egg mixture. Mix well.&lt;br /&gt;5. Sift flour and cocoa powder and add in the toasted nuts. Add the flour into the mixture. Do not overmix.&lt;br /&gt;6. Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and bake in a preheated oven at 160 C (if using a small oven) for 1 hour or till done. The temperature and the baking time depends on your oven.&lt;br /&gt;7. Leave the brownies to cool completely before cutting. For better result, leave overnight.&lt;br /&gt;8. Dah garing masukkan petai dan terung yg dah di goreng tadi. Bila sudah cair, tumis kan bawang putih, cili padi dan daun kari. Bila sudah wangi, masukkan telur merah, gula dan susu cair. Masukkan ketam yang sudah d goreng tadi dan kacau hingga sebati. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;Cairkan butter dengan api kecil. Apabila cair masukkan tepung gandum dan kacau sehingga perang Kemudian masukkan bawang dan kacau sehingga naik bau wangi. Masukkan kiub ayam dan kacau. Masukkan air tadi dan kacau. Tambah sos cili(amaun ikut suka nak pedas atau tidak). Kacau hingga sebati. Tambahkan kicap pekat sedikit demi sedikit. PERHATIAN jgn sampai hitam sgt, agak2 kecoklatan dah cukup.nanti tk cantik bile dihidang..apabila masak sos akan lebih likat dan hitam. Tambahkan sedikit gula dan garam secukup rasa Masukkan lada hitam yang telah ditumbuk tadi sedikit demi sedikit. Kacau hingga menggelegak. Masukkan bawang putih, halia dan chicken wings, kacau dan goreng selama 5 minit.&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan semua sos dan madu, kacau sekejap, kemudian tutup kuali. Kacau sekali-sekala selama 15 minit atau sehingga semua wings masak dan browned (bersalut dengan sos).&lt;br /&gt;NOTA : Bila dah masuk madu, sos akan berbuih. Pre-heat oven at 175'C for 10 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;2. Mix well all the ingredients A.&lt;br /&gt;3. Pour in ingredients B and stir.&lt;br /&gt;4. Add in ingredients C and stir to mix.&lt;br /&gt;5. Layer a 10 x 10 inch tin with grease proof paper and pour the mixture into the prepared tin.&lt;br /&gt;6. Bake for 40 - 45 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;7. When cooled, pour the topping on top. Let it set slightly before cutting to small pieces.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;CHOCOLATE TOPPING&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;250g cooking chocolate&lt;br /&gt;1 tablespoon butter or margarine&lt;br /&gt;1 teaspoon evaporated milk (I used fresh milk)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Method :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Biarkan selama 10 minit. Sapu minyak dalam tudung periuk dan panaskan pengukus, letakkan tudung periuk dalam pengukus. Tuangkan satu senduk adunan ratakan nipis-nipis. Kukus hingga masak ( adunan akan terangkat menggelembung bila masak) Angkat dan gulung kemas-kemas. Buat begini hingga selesai semuanya. Potong laksam bulat-bulat dan taburkan bahan ulam serta tuangkan kuah scukupnya.Letakkan sedikit sambal belacan. Masukkan butter, kacau sehingga butter cair, tambah susu sedikit demi sedikit hingga kentang nampak lembut. Tambah garam dan lada sulah sesedap rasa. Kacau hingga sebati.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bahan-bahan Inti&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;400 gm daging cincang3 biji bawang besar – potong dadu2 biji karot – potong dadu&lt;br /&gt;2 batang celery – potng nipis2 biji tomato – potong dadu&lt;br /&gt;1 tin button mushroom½ cawan sos tomato (@ sos spaghetti)&lt;br /&gt;1 sudu ted lada hitam (tumbuk)&lt;br /&gt;GaramMinyak&lt;br /&gt;Grated cheese – tabur atas kentang&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cara-cara:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Panaskan minyak, masukkan bawang besar, karot dan celery. Kemudian masukkan daging, goreng hingga daging masak. Masukkan cili boh (jika suka). Goreng hingga naik minyak. Masukkan buah tomato dan sos tomato. Kacau rata, goreng hingga daging empuk. Masukkan mushroom, lada hitam, garam, gula dan kacau sebati. Tutup api dan ketepikan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Penyediaan:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sediakan bekas , masukkan kentang lenyek ratakan di bahagian dasar. Masukkan bahan2 inti dan ratakan. Kemudian masukkan lebihan kentang lenyek di atas bahan2 inti tadi dan ratakan, tekan2 sedikit supaya melekat dgn inti. Gariskan di atasnya menggunakan garfu dan tabur cheese di atasnya. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bahan-bahan:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;2 ekor ketam bunga saiz sederhana (pilih yg 'jantan' - banyak isi!)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;5 ulas bawang merah - mayang&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;4 ulas bawang putih - mayang&lt;br /&gt;2 batang serai - hiris halus&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;10 biji cili padi - hiris halus&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;1" halia - hiris halus&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;1/4 cawan oyster sauce (+ air = 1/2 cawan)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;2 sudu besar kicap manis&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;2 sudu besar sos tomato&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;gula/garam&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;minyak untuk menggoreng dan menumis&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cara:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;Bersihkan ketam. Gaul dengan garam kunyit (sikit sahaja) dan goreng.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, serai, halia hingga wangi.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;Masukkan cili padi dan oyster sauce, kicap manis, sos tomato.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;Masak hingga mendidih. Kalau nampak terlalu pekat, tambah air dan kalau&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;terlalu cair, didihkan lama sedikit hingga agak pekat&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;Perasakan garam dan gula.
