LAST NITE DINNER TIME!

Theme: Go western (well..sort of!)

Menu:

homemade mushroom soup
garlic bread
sticky caramelized wings
Recipe:
homemade mushroom soup
1 liter water
1 piece chicken breast
400ml fresh milk
3 shiitake mushroom
3 tbsp sour cream
1/2 cube chicken stock
1/2 cup flour
cut chicken breast and mushroom to small pieces. add chicken to water in a pot. bring to boil. add on mushroom. let it simmer for a while then pour in 300ml fresh milk. meanwhile, add together the remaining milk and flour. stir until flour blended well with milk. add on the flour mixture and chicken cube into the soup. stir until the soup boil and becomes thicker. lastly add the sour cream and salt to taste.
garlic bread
1/2 baguette (french bread)
4 tbsp butter (melt)
3 tbsp garlic butter (available @ supermarket)
cut baguette into desired thickness. brush melted butter on one side then add on garlic butter. toast in oven @ oven toaster until brown n crispy.

CEKODOK TARAM

Last weekend tak taw nk masak ape for tea
so buat le cekodok ni..pakai taram je resepi dia..hehe

3/4 cawan tepung
1 sudu besar udang geragau
1 biji bawang besar potong dadu
1 biji kentang potong dadu
1 biji cili merah potong dadu
daun saderi potong halus
air secukupnya
minyak untuk menggoreng
campur semua kt atas..jgn terlalu cair
agak2 semua sebati aje..
goreng..makan panas2 dengan cili sos

1st time try makan kt sini since this restaurant pon baru buka
mostly western cuisine..ada grilled lamb, steaks, chicken chop, spaghetti, pizza (YES! pizza)..dll.

Price, medium range.

senang saje, kalau from sect13 (giant), tujulah ke TTDI Jaya
restaurant ni tepi jalan belah kiri after 2nd traffic lite..

rating: 1.5 thumbs up!

BROCCOLI GORENG SIMPLE

Beli broccoli untuk bubur SArah..tp kalo satu ketul tu
2 minggu pon belum abes kan..So dalam menu we all
ade la masuk sayur broccoli jugak..selama ni teramat la
jarang membelinya...padahal memang sedap pon..
ni resepi cap campak2 aje..bleh laaa...
RESEPI:
6 kuntum broccoli/potong nipis
10 ekor udang sederhana/buang kulit
1 sudu besar udang geragau
3 biji bawang putih di ketuk
2 sudu besar oyster sauce
cili merah/cili padi - kalau suka
garam/gula
minyak untuk menumis
1/4 cawan air
CARA:
tumis bawang putih dan udang geragau hingga garing.
masukkan air, broccoli dan udang. masak hingga udang dan broccoli bertukar warna.
tambah oyster sauce, gula, garam. dah siap..!!
