Yup! By 10 mins..u can get this yummy chicken dish! (preparation takes about less than 10 mins) I always cook this dish when i feel like eating delicious and finger-licking chicken and have just enough time to cook 2 dishes (another one must be vege) and serve with steaming white rice..,
i cooked it for dinner last night..:)
300gm chicken - cut into small pieces
one onion - sliced
1/4 cup sweet soy sauce
4 tbsp tomato sauce
5-6 cili padi
heat wok. add on cooking oil just to cover half of chicken. cook the chicken until a bit brown.
when chicken already cooked, pour out the oil until around one table spoon.
add on soy sauce, tomato sauce onion and cili padi. stir. might add some water if u like.
cooked until the onion is tender.
